The Culinary Tech Center believes that quality career education can lead to a successful and rewarding future. Our programs are designed to help students learn the skills needed for entry level employment in the culinary field as well as to develop the habits of lifelong learning needed in today’s ever-changing job market.
At the Culinary Tech Center, we prepare students for rewarding careers in the culinary arts. By merging commercial cooking theory with hands-on training in industry standard kitchens, we’re able to help future professional cooks learn the skills needed to compete for entry-level employment in the culinary field.
Commercial Cooking Plus Externship: 600 Hours
With a focus on hands-on learning, the Commercial Cooking Plus Externship program highlights the practical side of commercial food preparation. Graduates of this program are well-prepared for careers in restaurants, corporate and other food service departments and for entry-level positions, including prep cook, line cook, or garde manger.
