Our Culinary Program

With our Culinary Program, you’ll enter the culinary field with the skills you need to succeed as a sous chef, garde manger, pantry person, short-order cook or other culinary professional. Our courses cover standard knife skills, culinary terminology, menu planning, plating techniques and more to help you expand your skill set. The program also features a two-month externship, where you’ll receive on-the-job, practical experience working in a foodservice establishment. Our Hospitality Operations Program

Whether you’re hoping to work at a hotel, resort, restaurant, cruise ship, convention center, theme park, private club or other tourism business, the Hospitality Operations Program gives you the hands-on experience you need to compete for entry-level positions in the hospitality industry. You’ll learn essential skills, such as front office operations, housekeeping and facilities management and food and beverage operations, as well as build your résumé and interviewing skills with help from our job placement department.
